To date we have raised $43,000 toward our goal of $120,000! There is still time to donate toward the match. Our two donors have extended the time they are willing to match donations to June 1st.
Also, with the wonderful donation response thus far, the Board is stepping out in faith and has voted to open Northwoods Living Hope for operations starting June 1st.
Now more than ever, your donation of any amount will go directly to serving women in crisis throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Help us reach our goal, we are over a third of the way there! Donate now to Northwoods Living Hope and double the impact of your gift!

We are a safe haven for women seeking alternatives to abortion and those escaping abusive relationships.

We believe that Christ comes first. Growing closer to God comes with studying His Word, especially as a community.

We have a comprehensive programming approach that includes personalized plans designed to help women achieve their individual goals.
Hallie’s House is the women’s shelter where NWLH provides women who are escaping domestic abuse, or those seeking alternatives to abortion, with a safe and secure home. We can provide shelter for up to six residents and the home is staffed to provide 24-hour support and supervision. Residents will find structure, encouragement, and most of all hope through the love of Christ while at Hallie’s House.
Residents will engage in daily devotions and Bible study at Hallie’s House, learning about God’s love and transforming power. This will give Residents the ability to focus on the purpose, identity and freedom that come through a transformed life in Christ and provide a restorative process to begin in their lives. A life transformed to hope, joy and lasting productivity; replacing old habits of doing and thinking with new ideas of emotional wellbeing that come through an identity in Jesus Christ.
Our comprehensive programming approach provides individualized support for each resident. Residents will work with their mentor and the staff to develop their personalized goal plan to help them achieve self-sufficiency and independence. Bible studies, small groups, and life skill classes offered at Hallie’s House will help to equip women with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to rebuild and restore their lives.
We are a 501(c)3 organization and rely completely on tax-deductible donations from helpers like you. We do not receive any government funding. Your support directly helps women struggling through maternity or domestic abuse crisis by fostering a structured environment allowing women to rebuild their lives.
